1. Acceptance

By creating an account on RE.NUEVO or using any part of the service, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. What RE.NUEVO is

RE.NUEVO is an information service that monitors public listings on third-party marketplaces (including but not limited to Tutti, Ricardo and Marko) and sends alerts when listings match criteria you define. RE.NUEVO does not host listings, does not facilitate payment, and is never a party to any transaction between a buyer and a seller.

3. Eligibility and account

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.
  • You agree to provide an accurate email address and to keep account information up to date.
  • You are responsible for any activity that happens through your account. Keep your email and Telegram access secure.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Scrape, copy or redistribute the service or any alerts for commercial purposes without written permission.
  • Use the service to harass, defraud, or otherwise harm sellers, buyers, or third parties.
  • Circumvent rate limits, authentication, or other technical measures.
  • Use automated tools to create accounts or submit searches at scale.
  • Use the service in a way that violates the terms of the underlying marketplaces (Tutti, Ricardo, Marko or others).

We may suspend or terminate any account that violates these rules.

5. Exclusion of liability

The service is provided "as-is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by Swiss law.

In particular, RE.NUEVO does not warrant that:

  • All relevant or worthwhile listings will be surfaced.
  • All scam or fraudulent listings will be flagged or filtered out.
  • Price estimates, deal scoring, or condition ratings are accurate.
  • Alerts will be delivered without delay or interruption.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RE.NUEVO, its operator, contributors and sub-processors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, loss of data, or losses arising from or related to:

  • Any transaction, communication or dispute between a buyer and a seller.
  • Goods or services offered on third-party marketplaces, including fake, defective, stolen or misrepresented items.
  • Reliance on price, condition, or scam-detection signals shown by the service.
  • Unavailability, errors, inaccuracies or delays in alerts.
  • Third-party services we depend on (Infomaniak, Plunk, Telegram, etc.).

You remain solely responsible for verifying listings, vetting counterparties, inspecting items before purchase, and complying with applicable consumer and sales law.

6. Subscription and billing

RE.NUEVO is currently in beta and all features are provided free of charge. The paragraphs below describe the billing terms that will apply once paid plans go live; you'll be notified by email at least 30 days before that happens.

Paid plans are offered on a monthly basis with no minimum contract. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees already paid are non-refundable unless required by law. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email.

7. Intellectual property

The RE.NUEVO name, logo, interface, code, and content (excluding third-party listings, which belong to their respective owners) are the intellectual property of the operator. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute them without written permission.

8. Termination

You may delete your account at any time by emailing info@renuevo.tech. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, or if continuing to provide the service becomes impossible or legally risky.

9. Modifications

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced on this page and, if you have an account, by email. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Swiss law, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Zurich, Switzerland, subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules that grant you a different forum.
